Artwork Guidlines

‘Print Ready Artwork’ means we can process your artwork without having to re-size or edit it in any way.

Artwork will vary from product to product, but there are a few basic things to consider when creating your artwork so that you receive the highest quality prints possible.

We always recommend using qualified graphic designers where possible, and if you don’t feel confident in creating artwork or wish to use our in-house designer, we are always happy to help.

Please keep these general rules in mind when submitting artwork for printing.

We can accept most image formats, but some have limitations.

We recommend submitting the artwork in any of the following formats: .AI, .EPS, .PSD, .CDR - These file types are highly recommended for quicker turn-around times and do not require additional artwork fees.

If you no longer have access to these files, we can also accept any of the following: .PDF, .BMP, .PNG, .JPG - Please be mindful when submitting these types of files that there may be additional artwork fees due to recreating print-ready artwork and longer turn-around times.

If you’re creating the artwork, make sure you’re creating it at 300dpi, and ideally at the size you’d like it printed.

Vector artwork is preferred if available.

If you’re submitting a company logo and only have .jpg files, check with your designer to see if they have the .AI, .EPS, .PSD or .CDR files available.
